This very special Bayfront property is available for rent by the month starting on October 1, 2026. The tastefully furnished cottage sits on a large peaceful and private landscaped Bayfront lot. There is a large sunny deck with comfortable furnishings and a great view of the gardens and the Bay. There is also a sunny, private fenced backyard with a shady gazebo and fruit trees. The expansive front garden and grounds include a cobblestone walkway out to your own private terrace on the Bay. There is a king bed in the Master BR and a queen in the second BR. The Den/Office has a trundle twin bed for extra visitors. Maximum four adults, six guests. The custom kitchen has everything a gourmet chef could hope for! There is a detached garage with washer and dryer. The property borders on a beautiful Bayfront park where a lovely bike and walking path continue for more than a mile down along a bird sanctuary and the cove on the bay where the Natural History Museum is located. The beautiful Morro Bay Golf Club is five minutes up the hill behind the property, The house is also a short walk into town where you can enjoy the the great restaurants and shops along the Embarcadero.
