The house is amazing. It was clean. There are two bedrooms with bathrooms adjoining bathrooms and the other bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The primary bedroom has a sliding door that looks out to the pool. The house is spacious and uses a minimalist decor which adds to the spaciousness of the house. The pool was a little dirty when we first arrived. However, the host quickly responded and addressed it. However, after being there almost a week the pool got a little dirty again despite a midweek cleaning. You should be aware that Aruba is very windy, so debris is likely blow into the pool. There is not much you can do about it as I heard that is a common issue. The neighborhood is quiet. While there are other houses on the block, many of them were empty and in the process of being rehabbed. I never felt unsafe walking around a night despite this. There is a small corner grocery store called Three Colors which we used often for soda, water, and other items. We were able to walk to the marina area and casino which is about a 20 minute walk. You will need to call a taxi or rent a car if you plan on going to the beach. It may take a while for a taxi as they were not familiar with the area. You are away from the hustle and bustle of Palm Beach area but that's okay if you value your quiet. Communication with the host was excellent. They quickly responded to any request or issues. I would not hesitate to book the house again if in Aruba.
