Welcome to your spacious Park City retreat, designed to host up to 13 guests in comfort and style. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub, cruising around on e-bikes, enjoying a round on the golf simulator, or competing over ping pong and air hockey, this home is built for both relaxation and entertainment. Gather around the fire pit in the evening or prepare meals in a modern chef's kitchen featuring quartz countertops and sleek stainless appliances, everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
This beautifully designed four-bedroom home offers a perfect blend of modern style and convenience, set within a charming Park City community. You'll find a variety of thoughtful amenities, including ping pong, air hockey, two e-bikes, a PlayStation 5, a vinyl record player, and a nearby playground just steps from the front door. Plus, world-class skiing is within easy reach, with the gondola and Deer Valley only about a 10-minute drive away.
After a day on the slopes or trails, relax in your private covered outdoor hot tub while taking in sweeping mountain views. The space also features an HDTV, making it easy to unwind while enjoying the scenery. The hot tub comfortably fits up to six guests, perfect for easing sore muscles and recharging.
Golf lovers can take advantage of the premium golf simulator, available for an additional $200 per stay (subject to availability). Once booked, you'll receive setup instructions for easy use. Please note that guests need to bring their own clubs and balls. It's a great way to practice your swing or have some friendly competition indoors.
The home welcomes you with a one -car garage that includes a ping pong table and a 220V EV charging station for added convenience. Inside, the main living area is bright and open, with large windows showcasing scenic views. This property is exactly as described. We loved loved loved the hot tub and watching TV in it was so much fun! There were plenty of beds for everyone, loved the garage space, and the kitchen was great! Would love to return.

We had such a great week staying at this property! Not only was it a great escape from the AZ heat but the house and location were fantastic. Being close to the junction of the freeway and highway, it was easy to head into Park City (had some great mountain biking at Deer Valley and good dinners), south to Heber to visit family, down into the valley, and north to Snow Basin. The house was huge and more space than we really needed but it was such a great price we couldn’t pass it up. The kids loved the game room downstairs it’s with PlayStation, games, and the record player was a hit for sure. Very cool! It was awesome to sit in the hot tub and watch a movie with my daughter. Nice set up for that. The biggest deciding factor for me was actually the garage. Huge garage and we could park my huge truck in there and leave all of our bikes in there. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. It’s all so new and nice, it felt like we were staying in a high end hotel! We’ll be back for sure. Need to come back in the winter for some snowboarding!

We could have spent our entire trip in this house without ever leaving! Board games, video games, air hockey, e-bikes and the most comfortable/gorgeous setup!
