The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.



A washing machine, hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board are also provided.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area, while remaining close to Albufeira’s beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and Old Town.



Praia dos Aveiros is approximately 1 km away, Praia da Oura and Praia do Forte de São João are around 2 km away, and Albufeira Old Town is approximately 2 km from the property.



Several restaurants are within walking distance, while Aldi and Continente supermarkets are approximately 1 km away.



Faro International Airport is approximately 40 km away and Zoomarine around 15 km.



Check-in & Guest Support:



There is no reception at the property. We provide a personal check-in, welcoming you on arrival and showing you everything you need to know about the property.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.



Early check-in is available for €25, subject to availability. Late check-in after 10:00 PM is €25. Late check-out is €50, subject to availability.

To ensure a peaceful stay for guests and neighbours:



* Bookings are only accepted from guests aged 23 or over.

* Young groups are not accepted.

* Families and responsible adult guests are welcome.

* Parties, events and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.



All guests are required to provide their identification details before arrival in accordance with Portuguese legal requirements. An online check-in form will be sent a few days before arrival and must be completed by all guests.



A tourist tax of €2 per person, per night applies from April to October to guests aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights, in accordance with the applicable rules in Albufeira.
