About this apartment rental
The Seebär vacation rental is located in a well-maintained apartment building with a total of eight units at Seestraße 7 in Dahme. The apartment includes an outdoor parking space for your car. Bicycle storage is also available at the building.
The shared stairwell leads to the first floor, where the vacation rental is located.
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a centrally located hallway from which all rooms are easily accessible.
First, on the right-hand side, is the bedroom. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed (two single mattresses, each 80 x 200 cm) and an additional single bed (90 x 200 cm). Wardrobes provide ample storage space. A window provides pleasant natural light, while blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The shower room is also located on the right side. It features a walk-in shower, a sink with a mirror, and a toilet.
On the left side of the hallway is a practical storage room with a clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies.
Straight ahead, you’ll find the spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen. The living room is furnished with a modern sofa set, a stylish dining table with five chairs, and a large, wall-mounted TV. The open kitchen offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
From the living area, you have direct access to the approximately 20-square-meter rooftop terrace, which features a railing and privacy screening, a large table, 4 comfortable chairs, a beach chair, and a parasol with a stand. The rooftop terrace enjoys many hours of sunshine throughout the day. Have breakfast on the terrace or dine there while enjoying the fresh sea air. After a long day at the beach, enjoy a lovely evening watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace.
