The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house in Lourmarin for rent; it has a floor area of 200 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a 50 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

- The main entrance leads directly to a staircase fitted with a handrail and an electric stairlift providing access to the first-floor rooms
On the first floor:
- A 50 m² living area with a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double sofa bed and a study area, as well as access to the terrace.
- Lounge area with TV
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A 20 m² north-facing terrace, furnished and equipped with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
- A 10 m² north-facing balcony offering views of the countryside
For added comfort, the property features a luggage storage area and a well-stocked library available for guests’ use.
The house is ideally situated in Lourmarin, one of the picturesque villages of the Vaucluse officially listed among the ‘Most Beautiful Villages of France’, in very pleasant surroundings. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- The second floor is fitted with reversible air conditioning.
