The location is perfect, the host was very helpful. The apartment is small, but everything you need for a summer holiday was there. It was very clean, even beach bag and beach towels were there. A small washing machine was also practical to have. We had breakfact in the balcony each morning. Everything was perfect, thank you!

Lage sehr gut, nahe bei Zentrum und Strand von Grado
Unterkunft sehr sehr sauber und Netze gegen Mücken an Fenster und Türen
gute Lage und Gelegenheit, um einen Ausflug mit Bahn oder Auto nach Venedig zu unternehmen
unbezahlter Parkplatz nicht direkt vor der Tür möglich

Monolocale al secondo piano senza ascensore accogliente e ben attrezzato. Fronte mare. Molto gentile il ragazzo che ci ha accolto e aiutato a portare i bagagli in casa. Una chicca è stata trovare anche la lavastoviglie, oltre alla lavatrice. Un altra coccola trovare un vassoio di ciliegie e una bottiglia di birra e una di spumante in frigo. Sarebbe stato perfetto anche una bottiglia di acqua. Parcheggio a pagamento in strada, però andando avanti nella via di circa 500 metri, abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio libero.
Mancava il bidè e anche il doccino vicino al water. Impossibile usare il doccino della doccia. Bastava modulare diversamente il bagno e ci sarebbe stato.

We had the pleasure of staying at Studio Artemisia for two nights during our cycling trip to Grado. The property is located very close to the old town close to all major attractions, restaurants, cafés and the beach of course - ideal for exploring Grado on foot or on a bicycle. The place is very clean, newly furnished and equipped with everything you need (even beach towels!), with a balcony facing the park between the street and the beach, where we liked to have breakfast as well as relax in the evening when it got cooler. The host is amazing too - very responsive to all our questions, making our stay really exceptional.
Everything was great - we only wish we could have stayed longer.
