I had the most amazing two week stay here. The value for money is truly incredible.
The room and bathroom are new, very clean and spacious. The shower has a strong pressure and the bed is comfortable. There’s a nice porch just outside each room that is lovely to sit on and has a relaxing garden view. The AC works very well.
What truly makes this place special is the family that owns it. They are so kind and welcoming and are happy to help you or answer any questions you may have. I felt very safe staying here as a solo traveler. Thank you Ayu, Nyoman, Trisna, Made and Panji for making these two weeks so special and for showing me around! I’ll definitely be back!
The location of the homestay is also great. It’s on a smaller street off the main road in Ubud so it’s very central and easy to walk most places, but it still feels very calm and peaceful. It’s also perfect to have the Sekar Sari restaurant right next to the homestay. The food is amazing! I’d definitely recommend eating there during your stay.

Truly had an amazing experience at Sekar Sari Guesthouse. The hosts were incredible and always there to help me with any request! The breakfast was really good and the place felt like a peaceful home-away-from-home right near the center. I wish I could stay longer but, unfortunately, they were all booked out for the extra days. However, they were incredible with suggesting another accommodation :) Would definitely recommend!
