I loved how the hotel felt like an apartment. The lobby and room were clean, there’s an elevator, and everything I needed was provided. The washing machine, clothes steamer, and bathroom clothes drying setting were especially useful, and the beds are soooo comfy. It's the first hotel I've stayed where I didn't have any back pain! It’s just a few minutes from the train station and about 10–15 minutes from the main shopping areas and attractions. The neighborhood feels quieter and more residential, but there are convenience stores and a few restaurants nearby. The host was also very responsive and helpful.
The building’s entrance uses virtual intercom. The entry code and call buttons were a little confusing at first, but the host responded quickly and helped us get in. Some streaming services (Netflix) didn’t work on my account, even after the host sent someone to check the setup the next day. It may have been because my account is based outside Japan, though I was able to use my Netflix normally at our other stays. This wasn't a big deal though and YouTube worked fine here.

Such a good spot for a girls'/friends' trip!
me and 2 friends stayed at The Peak Namba Minami Elite for our Osaka trip and honestly it worked out perfectly. the room fit the 3 of us easily — double bed + single bed, and there's a full kitchen too. we ended up buying groceries and cooking dinner one night instead of eating out, which was such a nice change and honestly felt so cozy.
location is unbeatable, like a 2 min walk from Daikokucho station and just one stop to Namba. Kuromon Market & Namba Parks are both super close too so we walked everywhere. also the apartment itself was spotless, and we did not expect a projector to be there but we ended up using it for a fun youtube video night. would 100% book again if we're back in Osaka!
