Decepcionante! Cancelación inesperada y falta de profesionalidad.

Una estadía que prometía ser hermosa terminó siendo una experiencia muy inconveniente por la poca profesionalidad del anfitrión. El alojamiento fue cancelado por el anfitrión apenas unas horas antes de nuestra llegada, ocasionándonos numerosos inconvenientes y gastos adicionales. Se nos informó que el motivo era la supuesta rotura de un caño, explicación que sinceramente nos resultó poco creíble, especialmente por las circunstancias y el momento en que se produjo la cancelación. Como alternativa, nos ofrecieron otro departamento en un edificio ubicado muy lejos de la zona que habíamos elegido y que, además, presentaba condiciones edilicias y de equipamiento claramente inferiores: muebles muy antiguos, cocina y baño sin modernizar y un estado general muy por debajo del alojamiento originalmente reservado. Aun así, se nos presentó como una opción conveniente simplemente porque “mantenía el mismo precio”. Naturalmente, no aceptamos la alternativa y debimos buscar alojamiento en un hotel a último momento, con todos los inconvenientes que esto implicó y a un costo muy superior al que teníamos previsto. Lamentablemente, lo que iba a ser una hermosa estadía terminó generándonos preocupación, gastos, pérdida de tiempo y una gran decepción. Una situación que podría haberse manejado de manera mucho más profesional y considerada hacia los huéspedes.

El departamento esta situado idealmente para visitar Buenos Aires. El departamento es muy comodo y funcional. El personal super amable. He disfrutado mucho de mi estancia

Lo unico es que es un barrio muy animado entonces hay ruido. Todo viene de afuera. El edificio perfecto y tranquilo pero el ruido de la avenida principal se escucha desde temprano por la mañana

Muy recomendable

Excelente ubicación, excelente la limpieza, excelente el estado del departamento, muy moderno y con muchos detalles para el huésped, la atención de la administradora, perfecto, muy pendiente de todo, el lugar muy seguro y cómodo.realmente muy bueno y recontra recomendable.

Nos costó aclimatar el ambiente, por no saber entender bien el manejo del aire caliente en el Aire acondicionado.como sugerencia, colocaría un perchero para abrigos . Solo eso, pero realmente es un detalle, muy conforme con todo.
