Achtung: Unangemeldete Kameraüberwachung!
Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen. Im Eingangs- und sogar im Gartenbereich sind Kameras installiert, worüber vorab an keiner Stelle (weder in der Beschreibung noch vor Ort) informiert wurde.
Auf Nachfrage zeigte sich die Vermieterin völlig uneinsichtig, hielt diese Videoüberwachung für „völlig normal“ und war sich keinerlei Schuld bewusst. Das stellt einen erheblichen Eingriff in die Privatsphäre dar und verstößt klar gegen geltendes Datenschutzrecht. Ich habe den Vorfall bereits bei der zuständigen DSGVO-Behörde gemeldet. Wer Wert auf seine Privatsphäre legt, sollte diese Unterkunft unbedingt meiden.

Wir waren sehr erschrocken über das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis. Das war nicht angemessen, deutlich zu teuer!
Die Größe der Unterkunft war sehr gut
Die Unterkunft war teilweise nicht sehr sauber, Hundehaare an vielen Stellen.
Offenliegendes Kabel im Schlafzimmer 1.OG linkes Zimmer.
Es wurde nicht darüber informiert, dass es eine Einliegerwohnung gibt.
Und vor allem wurden wir nicht vorab darüber informiert, dass das Reinigungspersonal, ohne Ankündigung in unsere Unterkunft gelangt, um dort die Reinigungsmaterialien für die Einliegerwohnung zu entnehmen.
Wir haben uns total erschrocken, als plötzlich Geräusche aus dem Vorraum kamen und beim
Nachsehen, haben wir das Reinigunsteam dort gesehen.
Wir bedauern es auch, keine Waschmaschine vor Ort gehabt zu haben! Wir waren zwar nur eine Woche da, aber wir hätten gern zwischendrin einmal unsere Strandtücher und Badesachen waschen wollen. Da sie nach zwei Tagen schon sehr salzig waren!
Und wir hätten einen zweiten Haustürschlüssel gebrauchen können. Da meine Mutter regelmäßig zur Dialyse musste und wir so gezwungen waren zu Hause warten zu müssen, bis sie zurück war! Erst dann konnten wir das Haus verlassen!
Und die Schlüsselübergabe am An- und Abreisetag war nicht deutlich beschrieben. Wir haben den Haustürschlüssel im Schloss steckend vorgefunden bei der Anreise. Und bei der Abreise wussten wir nicht, wohin mit dem Schlüssel, deswegen haben wir das Haus abgeschlossen und den Schlüssel stecken lassen.
Vielleicht könnte man darüber nachdenken, einen kleinen Schlüsseltresor an der Hauswand anzubringen um dieses Problem zu beheben.
