The apartment is brand new , very comfortable, amazing bed , spacious. The location is great , walkable to any part of Siena and very close to the nearest parking , if you have a rental car. One of the best things that added to the experience, was our amazing host Piero! He was very attentive and responsive to everything and gave us a lot of tips for the area and in general, as well as helped with the overall stay! Great job!
As mentioned also to Piero , one thing the owners need to be aware and look after , is the noise from the next door apartment, which almost makes it feel like you are living with the people next to you. Also the noise from the street outside is somewhat disturbing at times, so all in all better soundproofing would make this a 10/10 !

Lovely apartment, keeping the old architecture of the building whilst also being all new and modern. Open plan, but it didn’t bother us as we only slept there for 2 nights. Location is fantastic, we walked everywhere. Communication was very good and owners very quick to assist.
We experienced some issues with the hot water but the owner immediately sent assistance to sort it out so all good in the end. We appreciated the quick response.

Hôte disponible, arrangeant et réactif.
Clim très appréciée en période de canicule !
Insonorisation faible, warning pour les dormeurs au sommeil léger.

Dałabym 11, fantastyczne miejsce w samym sercu Sieny, zaraz przy jednej z bram starego miasta. Apartament nowiutki, cichy, przestronny. Nowocześnie urządzony, posiada wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Dosłownie 10 minut go Campo i 15 minut do Duomo. Blisko fantastyczna Pizzeria a obok sympatyczny bar, dosłownie 10 m od apartamentu. Nie mogło być lepiej. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę. Lokalizacja absolutnie fantastyczna, Nadia która zarządza nieruchomością niesamowicie życzliwa. Apartament nieskazitelnie czysty i wygodny. Właściciel polecił nam znakomite miejsce na darmowe testowanie wina w Montepulciano, podziemna trasa ze zwiedzaniem piwnic
