Location. Unit itself is lovely. Cleanliness. Decor. Hostess. Pre-arrangement communication. Bubbly on arrival. 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms. Mini shampoo/creams provided.
Travelling with an adult son, the layout of the main en-suite bathroom and en-suite bedroom was not ideal.

Location is excellent.
Property has been renovated and is minimalist and stylish.
A few small practical details took away from an otherwise lovely stay. Each bed only had one pillow per person, which felt a little sparse, and there were no bedside tables or lamps in the main bedroom, making it impossible to read in bed. The second bedroom is very narrow and accessed through the main bedroom, so it would really only suit children.
The outdoor chairs are also quite worn and some are broken, so they aren’t really usable. There is no TV, which isn’t a deal breaker, but we had expected one and would have enjoyed being able to watch the rugby. Lastly, the prepaid electricity was a little inconvenient. I would personally rather pay slightly more per night and have electricity included and managed by the owner.

Perfect location in Newlands Village close enough to the restaurants to walk there. A very clever renovation and beautifully decorated unit. Cant wait to go back in Summer when we can have all the doors and windows open and enjoy the small pool

Cottage had everything one needs.
Bed very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Having a bath available was a bonus. Lots of space and plenty of light. Quiet area although it's in a compact suburban neighborhood. It felt safe. I was very happy with my choice of accommodation and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
