The apartment was located in the markaz, so if you’re wanting to be in E-11/3 at this markaz, great location. Lots of places to eat within 100 meters. Both bedrooms and the balcony look out at the mountains. The host was awesome, EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE. He set it up so we could check in and out in the middle of the night due to flight times. If you’re looking at typical, western, booking websites, this place is one of the most affordable options. We stayed here with our three small children. The elevator and AC units in both bedrooms always worked. The photo we posted is from the bedroom window, on the balcony.
These kinds of things come down to what’s normal for you, what are your expectations, what’s normal for the area, because my wife and I saw this place in two different ways. It was not super clean (3 or 4 star hotel standard is what I’m comparing it to), but I think it also doesn’t appear super clean because the place is not very updated, so it appears dirtier than it is (paint chips, corroded faucets, paint chipped door frames, peeling paint, etc). There were some roaches, but I saw them elsewhere in the markaz, too, and the host offered to come deal with them.

Amazing apartment with a perfect location. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again.
