Amazing apartment & best accommodation we’ve had in Italy so far !

The suite was very luxurious and modern. Every detail had been thought of right down to the very elaborate shower with coloured ambient lighting. Each day the appartment was serviced to a high standard. It was in a quiet location with a few cafes and restaurants only a short 5 min walk away (cafe Vergnano 1882 was fabulous for coffee and breakfast). A leisurely 15 min walk into Monopoli gave you more restaurant options. The sea views were amazing across the road, and you could swim off the rocks there as we saw others doing, or again it was just a short stroll to a beach where you could hire deck chairs and umbrellas. There is some free parking out the front, or for a small fee you can ask for a private park. Francesco was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay.

Check in was confusing. There was no one there to meet you, and when you buzzed reception you were just told that you must have given a wrong phone number as instructions were sent through, (this was impossible as we’d received all other messages through bookings.com). When instructions were sent through it just said to buzz for reception which we’d already done. Two other couples during our stay had the same problem. To check out , again we had to contact Francesco as there was no info on where to leave the keycard, or how to pay the city tax.

We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot recommend this place enough! We are writing this review in English because we truly want as many people as possible to understand what an amazing experience we had here and how much we recommend this place. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment is beautiful, extremely clean, well-organized, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was spotless, and we genuinely felt at home from the very first moment. The location is absolutely fantastic and made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. We especially appreciated having private parking in the building. Parking can be very difficult in these cities, particularly when traveling by car, so this was an incredible convenience. The host even gave us the remote control for the garage, which made everything so much easier and gave us complete peace of mind. The host himself was one of the highlights of our stay. He was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely welcome. We truly felt at home here, which is something very special and not something you find everywhere. The room is beautiful, stylish, immaculate, and extremely well organized, and the view is absolutely wonderful. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we could tell how much care goes into making guests feel comfortable. Honestly, this was one of the best stays we have had during our trip. The combination of the exceptional cleanliness, perfect location, beautiful room, incredible view, private parking, and above all, the wonderful hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable. We highly, highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. If you are considering booking it, do it! You will not regret it.
