Cleanliness, the property is new, and the room and bathrooms were pretty clean .
Spacious balcony with the river view is a bonus.
There are a couple of teething issues, not major ones.
Firstly, if the power goes, the backup that they have is only limited to fans & lights ... Considering Honnavara is pretty humid & hot during summer's, you might find it difficult to stay in the room without the AC.
Secondly, there are moths during the rainy season they enter your rooms thro small vents. Which is substantial.
