The property was great inside, clean, tidy and the most comfortable bed ever. Gentleman that greeted me was very welcoming. Location is perfect for access to the seafront, restaurants and the High Street.
The only thing I didn't like was the surrounding roads were quite rough looking with a few gangs hanging around so I made sure not to be walking around on my own after dark, but I just got a lift or you could get a taxi. The alternative is to pay 3x as much in a more affluent area so for me I'd give Seabreeze the 👍

The area it was in, not far to go to Garron Park where we were attending an event. The room was immaculate and the host was friendly.

Everything about the room, it was lovely will definitely stay here again!
One of the legs of the bed was broken and we had to keep putting it back in place so may need looking at

The room was clean and tidy and we had our own fridge and a fan which was very helpful during the heatwave and the place was in a good location close to the shops and attractions
The check in was a nightmare, there is no sign telling you that you are at the hotel just a sign on the next door saying please don't knock, we had no way of contacting anyone and ended up knocking on doors until we found someone who could show us to our room. Also we could never get the shower to much above luke warm and there was no onsite parking however there was a carpark nearby but it charged £20 per day.
