Poor cleaning

Room was spacious enough

1. Poor cleanliness 2. Attitude of staff 3. Stains in the bedsheet. Not at all clean 4. Stains in bath towel and was provided partially in wet condition and were not in a usable condition. 5. Have asked for advance payment for late check-in, which was not mentioned in booking.com 6. Not recommended if at all you prioritise cleanliness 7. A/C drain out is given to the balcony, where Darin water is directly leaking to the balcony area

Good

We had a wonderful stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a very pleasant experience and highly recommended!

There is no AC in most of the rooms and the climate was hot.
