La habitación privada estaba muy limpia y la cama era cómoda. La ubicación a nueva york también.
El sistema de aire acondicionado general para todo el alojamiento debería estar a una temperatura media y evitar que los inquilinos puedan regularlo.

la telé bien avec tous les programmes
les toilettes tres propres!
Et le bus est facile à trouver
Le bruit.
j'etais mal de demandé de limiter le bruits
une fois j'ai eu la machine à laver à minuit c'eait bruyant.
J'aime pas demander aux personnes de faire moins de bruits
Attention c'est plus 40 minutes de timesquare! pas 18 minutes selon moi!!

I liked the TV, and the location.
I have looked several times and I still didn't clearly see shared housing. It may just be me. You will be sharing the air condition, washer/dryer and the kitchen. I just want that to be clear for someone like me who needs to see certain things. The place is nice, upper unit to me is not a clear enough description for the amount of stairs. It's a lot of stairs probably more than 20 to be exact. Me and my husband had been on a 14 day trip and had lots of luggage it was rough but we made it. My biggest discomfort was the air conditioner, host says it has to stay on 74. This didn't work for me it may work for some. Host responded quickly when needed.

It's a great place overall if you want to stay in budget visiting NYC.
Be mindful about the stairs if you are a senior or with toddlers/babies.. I was prepared though as I had already asked the host about it.
