Casa antica ristrutturata mantenendone le caratteristiche, molto rustica.
In pieno centro storico con parcheggio auto fuori dalle mura, a 5 min a piedi.
Aria condizionata.
Frigo.
Facile comunicazione con il proprietario solo a mezzo w.app. Istruzioni x entrata in autonomia.
La struttura è molto carina ma ci vorrebbero delle migliorie nelle dotazioni e pulizia.
Il BAGNO non ha il bidè, la doccia non si può fissare in altezza in quanto non si riesceca fissare.
Nella doccia bbiamo trovato 3 prodotti x bagno già usati.
Avevamo in dotazione solo 1 telo doccia ciascuno (x noi x 1 notte poteva anche bastare, spero che x chi soggiorna più gg ci sia anche almeno l'asciugamano x viso).
La CUCINA ha un fornello ad induzione ma 1 delle 2 padelle in dotazione non è adatta a questo tipo. C'è poi 1 altra padella, 2 pentole, 2 caffettiere (moka), alcuni piatti e bicchieri e alcune posate. Tutto un pò alla rinfusa negli armadietti, manca un pentolino piccolo x scaldare latte x es., un mestolo x brodo, 1 coltello grande x salame...
C'è un bollitore elettrico x acqua calda ma è sporco sul fondo.
Non c'è la macchinetta x caffè, malgrado fosse scritto e co siano invece alcune capsule.
Nell'armadio ci sono anche 2 bottiglie di aceto, 1 pacco di caffè aperto, del sale, tutto già iniziato e usato da altri.
Sulla tavola abbiamo trovato 500 ml di olio di oliva, pensavamo fosse il benvenuto, invece era in vendita a € 12.
Nel vano inferiore ci sono detersivi x pulizia piatti ed altro che potrebbe bastare x 1 intero stabile!
Non c'è alcun scolapiatti e nemmeno 1 strofinaccio x asciugarli.
Per accedere al terzo piano, dove si trova un simpatico terrazzino con 3 tavolini e sedie, si passa per le scale ostruite a metà da sacchi di materiale edile e da sacchi di biancheria pulita e sporca.....
Le finestre della stanza sono molto vecchie, si potevano forse restaurare meglio...

What I liked the most is that the place immerses you in the true southern Italian atmosphere. The old part of Bitonto is completely authentic—narrow streets, close balconies, and small courtyards between the residential buildings. Extremely interesting and different. The apartment was also very authentic, with preserved stone walls in one part of the room.
Another interesting and positive experience for us (maybe because we stayed for just one night) was that in the morning, we could hear absolutely everything happening around us from the neighbouring apartments—we even got to listen in on an authentic Italian argument! :) For a short stay, it was quite interesting and curious.
The host was very responsive and kind. He was kind enough to send us additional information for exploring the city and let us stay past check-out the next day, as the room was available. Special thanks for the complimentary bottle of wine he left for us—a thoughtful gesture that truly showed his dedication to creating a pleasant, welcoming experience.
The sheets and towels were clean. The apartment is located in the heart of the old town, making it very convenient to walk around.
The things we didn't like were also related to the authentic setting. The room was small (which is understandable, given that we were in the old part of the town) and crowded with furniture, but it had everything necessary for a one-night stay. Additionally, the air conditioner is positioned so it blows directly onto the double bed, which was not very pleasant. The apartment felt humid, and it was noticeable in the air. Plaster was crumbling onto the bed sheets from the exposed authentic stone walls. Also, someone's used sock was under the bed. Most likely left behind by a previous guest, but still uncleaned, which shows that the floor hadn't been cleaned well before our arrival.
You cannot park your car inside the town—you can't even drive up to the apartment to unload your luggage, so you have to carry it by hand. It's not very far, about 300–400 meters, but it's still inconvenient. Additionally, you can park for free on the street outside the city walls, but Italians are extremely aggressive drivers, and parking overall is quite an unpleasant experience.
The atmosphere in Bitonto is truly unique, but it has both positive and negative sides—many of the alleyways are extremely dirty and neglected, which spoils the town's charm. There were suspicious-looking youths smoking joints in broad daylight right in the streets.

La comunicazione e la disponibilità di Gaetano è ottima, posizione al centro di Bitonto tra le mura antiche della città, il cambio biancheria molto gradito e il check out posticipato di un'ora.
Le foto dell'annuncio fanno riferimento a 2 soluzioni, l' appartamento N1 è un monolocale (non evidenziato nell' annuncio). Il terrazzo è posizionato all'ultimo piano della torre ed è condominiale. Manca un piccolo stendino per i vestiti, le finestre sono bloccate (anche in bagno) il doccino non è fisso, la porta di ingresso è un po' difettosa, le dimensioni ridotte non consentono l'istallazione di un armadio e qualche piano d'appoggio, abbiamo lasciato gli abiti nelle valige x 7 giorni. La pulizia ha lasciato a desiderare e non tutte le stoviglie sono adatte al piccolo piano a induzione. Mancano prese di corrente e ci sono prolunghe ovunque, compresa quella x accendere il piano ad induzione che passa sul lavello.

Apartament został dostosowany do wielkości naszej rodziny. Na wyposażeniu było wszystko, co jest potrzebne do weekendowego pobytu.
Można poczuć klimat starego miasta i budynku.
