We really loved this place and would definitely give it 10/10. The building was completely renovated in 2026, and everything inside the apartment is brand new, very clean and well maintained. When we arrived, there was a large fruit basket and several drinks waiting for us in the fridge, which was a very thoughtful welcome.
We stayed with my wife and our 6-year-old daughter and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is also excellent. In about 4–5 minutes on foot, you can reach the main street, restaurants and the city centre. Free parking is another big advantage. The host was extremely kind, helpful and attentive. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Alexandroupoli.

Ev sahibimiz harika insanlardı bizimle çok ilgilendiler. Tatilimizin başından sonuna kadar bize hep yardımcı oldular. Çok nazik insanlar ve çok misafirperverler. Kaldığımız daire yeni ve çok şık bir binaydı altında otopark olması çok büyük kolaylık sağladı.

Apartment is very well equipped, all neded amenities exist, even drinks and a plate of fruit is there. Everything is new, building is also new. Apartment is very clean. Location is very good. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Sehr sauber, man hat alles was man braucht um sich für den Urlaub wohl zu fühlen, top Lage und sehr tolle Gastgeber. Absolut empfehlenswert. Kommen sehr gerne wieder
