The view is stunning! The house is spacious. Large balcony. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Great location near bars, restaurants and pier.
There is not much I didn't like about this house. If I was going to be picky, the 2nd floor shower and lower level shower dont work that well together at the same time water pressure wise, that is only smallest of issues we had.

Lucky last minute find and couldn’t have been more perfect. Beautiful view, roomy, lots of home comforts and only a few minutes stroll down into town to shops, wharf and restaurants.
Minor thing - the lounge windows (which have panoramic views) would have benefited from a clean. Looked like someone had wiped them with a wet rag so all streaky. The bedroom windows were crystal clean and had incredible views.

The house had stunning sea views, was well equipped with everything we needed, and was in a great location for exploring Paihia.
The sloping walls in the upstairs bedrooms, particularly on the second level, were a bit of a safety hazard around the beds due to the A-frame design of the house. Also, the linen in one bedroom did not appear to have been freshly changed before our arrival.

Great light, great views, great location, super chill. Nice to have such a complete house to base our trip from.
Everything was perfect and all the bedding (sheets/duvet) were new and crisp; the pillows were a little too big/firm for our personal preferences.
