Very disappointing experience. I booked a 1-bedroom apartment at Aviora Stunning Burj Vista Apartment with Skyline View

Very disappointing experience. I booked a 1-bedroom apartment at Aviora Stunning Burj Vista Apartment with Skyline Views expecting a private apartment. During the booking process, there was no clear information or option stating that the kitchen and living hall were shared. When I arrived for check-in, I was surprised to discover the shared kitchen and hall. I did not feel comfortable with this arrangement and immediately requested to cancel. However, I was told that the booking was non-refundable. After discussing the situation with the staff, I decided to leave and book another hotel. This was extremely disappointing, especially because the important details about the accommodation were not clearly communicated before booking. Money is not everything. Transparency, honesty, security, respect, and good customer service should be the first priority. Guests deserve to know exactly what they are paying for before making a reservation. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the accommodation details much clearer for future guests. I would not want another customer to experience the same disappointment.

Amazing stay with an unbeatable view

The apartment was spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Everything was well prepared for our stay and the check-in process was smooth. The best part was definitely the Burj Khalifa view from the apartment. It was spectacular during the day and absolutely stunning at night. Sitting in the apartment and watching the Dubai skyline was a real highlight of our trip.
