The host was very accommodating and consistently kept us updated throughout our stay. The unit was nice, family-friendly, and in a great location. It also had a kitchen with utensils available for guests to use, which was very convenient.
The only area that could be improved is the attitude of the worker/agent or receptionist at the unit when we arrived. Unfortunately, she came across as unfriendly and seemed to be in a bad mood, which made some interactions uncomfortable. Fortunately, the guard was very kind and helpful, and the host/reception team through the Booking app was also very responsive and supportive.
