Centric location, easy parking, fast response to questions, functioning a/c, clean common area, easy check in and check out.

Photos show as if you have access to the whole space and it is not true; part is shared between 6 rooms and part is inaccessible. The bathroom sink drain empties slow and the shower floor needs more thorough cleaning.
