We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lumia! The place is even more spacious and beautiful in person than it looks in the photos. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always very responsive. Everything was perfect, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Lumia to anyone!

We had an amazing stay at this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury holiday on Rab Island.
The villa is brand new and finished to an exceptionally high standard. Every detail has been carefully designed, making it both stylish and comfortable. The highlight is the beautiful swimming pool and the incredible terrace featuring a jacuzzi, outdoor TV, BBQ area, and breathtaking sea views – the perfect place to relax from morning until late evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a great coffee machine and all the cooking accessories. The outdoor BBQ is another fantastic addition for family dinners.
The bedrooms are spacious, well-organized, and feature very comfortable beds, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The villa is the perfect place to spend quality time with family or friends.
One of the biggest advantages is the separate studio apartment, which has its own bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. This makes the property ideal for two families traveling together while still offering everyone privacy.
The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. At the same time, the town is only a short drive away, with a lovely promenade, restaurants, cafés, and local shops. There are also several supermarkets nearby, making grocery shopping very convenient.
The property managers were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Communication was excellent before and throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free.
We truly loved our time here and are already planning to come back next year!
