Since the cleanliness of a unit is very important , I won’t come back.

The studio was newly built and was conveniently located close to Old Quebec City. The kitchen was well-equipped with new appliances and utensils, and the bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit was disappointing. The floors, especially in the bathroom, were not clean, and there was hair all over the bathroom floor, which was very unpleasant. There was no trash can in the unit except for a small one in the bathroom, and there were no garbage bags provided. Although the unit was advertised as having a washer and dryer, they were not actually usable. Both machines were already full when we arrived—the washing machine was filled with wet clothes. On top of that, there was no laundry detergent available. When we informed the host about these issues, they simply apologized for the cleanliness of the unit and told us that items such as laundry detergent, toilet paper(except the one roll that already was there), and other supplies were our responsibility to purchase.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten: clicknpark mit günstigen Preisen und auch nachts kann man in der Gegend kostenlos parken. Klimaanlage, aber sie hängt direkt über dem Bett.

Lärm von überall: Sowohl von den Nachbarn, auch nach 22 Uhr, als auch von der Straße war es sehr laut. Es gab keine Spülmaschine, was an sich in Ordnung ist, aber auch kein richtiges Abtropfgestell. Außerdem gab es nur ein Geschirrtuch. Den Müll soll man trennen, aber es gibt nur einen Mülleimer in der Küche und eine Mülltüte. Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es Fragezeichen: Ich kann nicht sagen, dass es sehr dreckig war, aber die Kommode im Bad war innen und außen nicht sauber, teilweise auch die Schränke in der Küche. Komischerweise gab es keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank, sondern nur eine Garderobe im Eingangsbereich.
