A beautiful, spacious, modern 2-bedroom apartment, newly renovated in 2026, with individual AC in each bedroom and a huge kitchen-living room. Comfy beds.
Totally quiet - both the neighbors and the street - and the blackout shutters guarantee a perfect, deep sleep.
Incredible views: some windows overlook the castle, while others, as well as the balcony, offer beautiful views of the mountains and the modern stadium - a perfect place to enjoy breakfast. There is an elevator.
Lorenzo meets you personally, shows you everything in the apartment, and is always available if you need anything.
17-minute walk through beautiful streets to the entrance gate to the Old Town (Città Alta); 12 minutes to roughly the beginning of Città Bassa (the New Town). On the way (7 minutes), you’ll find GAMeC (Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art) and the Accademia Carrara Art Museum.
14 minutes to the impressive brand-new ChorusLife smart district.
And the main street for bars and restaurants, Via Borgo Santa Caterina, is only a 5-minute walk away.

Excelente apartamento completamente renovado justo enfrente del New Balance Arena, si vienes a ver un partido de la Atalanta la ubicación es insuperable, pero aunque no sea así se trata de un barrio bien comunicado, con multitud de ofertas de bares y restaurantes, a un paso del Borgo Santa Caterina donde hay gran ambiente. El apartamento tiene de todo, muy cómodo, amplio y luminoso. Nos dejaron desayuno para varios días y no faltó de nada. La comunicación con la propiedad rápida y fluida. Un lugar para volver.

Emplacement idéal : proche de la ville haute à pieds, en face du stade. Environnement calme, parking gratuit la nuit et 3 heures gratuites en journée. Climatisation dans les chambres. Petit déjeuner offert. Appartement bien équipé et très propre.

Прекрасная квартира, уютно, много места, очень дружелюбные хозяева, оставили угощение для нас. Нам важно было остановиться недалеко от аэропорта Бергамо на пару дней. Кондиционеры в комнатах, в жару было очень актуально. Лифт - с чемоданами удобно.
Желательно иметь стиральную машину.
