Great place totally recommend it, the apartment is very clean, the location is insanely great, the sea view is just wow , the owner Adham is very kind, the housekeepers were great, everthing is great, I'm coming back for sure next summer.

Apartment was amazing the view is magic location very easy access to everything Communication is very easy with the owner and he was very helpful. Security was very nice and very helpful. Also was off Street parking for free very secure and definitely I will recommended hundred percent to Friend and family..

اولا اتمنى من المقيمين ان يكون التقويم واقعي وبدون مجامله لانك تخدم شريحة كبيره يحجزون بناءا على تقييمك فقيم من جميع النواحي ولاتبخس حق العقار او تجامل فتخدع غيرك العقار هو عبارة عن نصف شقة بغرفتين وبدون مطبخ سعة الغرف جيدة ونظيفة جدا وتعتبر صف ثاني ولكن لايوجد حاجب عن البحر الشرفة مطله على البحر

قبل ان نصل بساعة قمت بابلاغ المالك او من ينوب عنه بموعد وصولي وقبل أن اصل بخمس دقائق ابلغته فقال انا في الانتظار وصلنا ولم نجد احد في الانتظار ولانعلم اين مدخل العمارة او حتى الشقه ثم اتصلت به مرة اخرى وقام بوصف العماره وقمنا بتسحيب شناطنا في شارع ضيق لايوجد به موقف للتاكسي من أجل الوصول لمدخل العمارة وللأسف الشارع مليء ببواقي اعمال البناء والنفايات وجدنا شخصان في داخل العمارة قاما بتسجيل البيانات وذهبنا للشقة كان الموضوع متعب وهناك بعض الملاحظات سأذكرها يبدو ان الشقه مقسومة لشقتين ويعيبها اولا أن يوجد باب واحد يدخلك على الشقتين والباسورد للباب العمومي هو نفس الباسورد لباب شقتنا ثانيا باب العمارة في شارع ضيق لايستطيع التاكسي الوقوف فيه ثالثا باب العمارة محاط ببواقي البناء والنفايات المزعجه يبدو ان العمارة ترميم ولكنه متوقف رابعا المكان المحيط بالعمارة مليء بالمتسولين للأسف في ظاهرة لم اشاهدها في الاسكندرية
