The location is excellent, right in the historic and lively neighbourhood of Bandra.
However, the room did not look as bright or well-maintained as it appears in the listing photos.
The bedsheets and pillows were clean but old and worn, and the furniture also looked dated. The room needed a much more thorough cleaning. The bathroom window has no mosquito net, so mosquitoes can easily enter. The bathroom sink is also very small and uncomfortable to use.
The aesthetic furniture is nice, but décor alone cannot make a room feel beautiful. Cleanliness, fresh linens, and proper maintenance matter much more. The property has potential, but it needs more attention to cleaning and upkeep to match the pictures and the price.
