Truly unpleasant experience

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. This is particularly disappointing after more than 10 years of booking through Booking.com without ever experiencing any problems. The stated square footage does not correspond to the actual size of the apartment. The apartment is not 43 sq m. This measurement includes the outdoor terrace, as confirmed by the property manager via WhatsApp after I complained. In reality, the apartment is a studio of only around 30–32 sq m ! The sofa bed for our daughter had not been prepared. Once we opened it, there was no longer enough space to move around, access the terrace, or even move comfortably within the apartment. The photos do not accurately reflect the reality of the property. The apartment was also dirty. we found spider nests in the sofa bed and underneath the chairs on the terrace. One evening, our daughter woke up covered in small spiders. We have photos documenting everything. Overall, this was a truly unpleasant experience
