So far, this is the best Hotel I've stayed in Guangzhou; the staff is very very good! I lost my phone on my last day, and they helped me go to the police station, file a report, and also helped me retrieve the phone. They also arranged to send it to my friend's office so that they could ship it back to the Maldives. They went far and beyond to help me. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. and the location is superb.

Muy moderno con domótica , mobiliario nuevo, camas grandes y cómodas. El bufete de desayuno muy destacado.
Que se estropeó la máquina de café y no la repusieron. El personal de limpieza corría mucho a limpiar en cuanto veía que ibas al desayuno.

Robot services and friendly staff. The location is easy to find. The room is big.
Some rooms still have cigarette smells as they allow smoking inside the room, but it's not a big problem, as we can open the window and the smell should be gone. Before check-in, let the hotel know if you can stay in a non-smoking room.
