The location was nice, really close to the sea and a bit of a walk from Vir center. The appartment also has a lot of parking place to accomodate two vehicles if neccessary, with the possibility to close the gate.
I rarely give negative feedback, but we were rather dissapointed overall.
First things first, the apartment was dirty and hadn't been properly cleaned for ages (dirty cutlery, garbage underneath the beds - used tissues and empty IKEA plastic bags, and all kinds of dust and pieces of food underneath the couch). If you have small kids you will be annoyed. I recommend changing the "cleaning service" if tou consider that clean. There's also a bunch of things just lying underneath the bed and on the wardrobes in general.
Someone had a bright idea to cram a washing machine between the toilet and the shower stall, making the entrance into the shower less than 30cm wide - not to mention the water pump output being connected into the shower, so if you're taking a shower while the washing machine is running, you'll be reminded of the experience when cold water from the machine runs between your feet.
Outdoor shower doesn't work and clearly hasn't been maintained for a while. Same goes for the faucets in the bathroom and kitchen, which have layers of limescale, proving my points from above, that they didn't receive a proper scrub in ages.
You'll also be welcomed by the occasional ant, especially if you leave a piece of bread in a bag in the cupboard above the stove. Or if you keep the garbage bin indoors.
