We weren't sure if we should stay here, as at the time of booking it had absolutely no reviews and we normally wouldn't book accomodation without reviews. We booked 2 apartments.
However the location was perfect, the communication I had with the property manager was excellent and we felt it was good value for money, so we took a chance.
The reason given for no reviews was that it was a new property, this wasn't quite true as it is actually part of the Wyndham Hotel.
The location is excellent, some rooms (not all) have great views and it was clean.
The pool is really good - great size, but does have a huge building site next to it, so very noisy.
The property manager was very kind and gifted us a birthday cake to celebrate my husbands birthday.
There were just some small things that weren't great but probably not deal breakers.
Would be good if the Manager can take note of my comments as many can be easily fixed.
The apartments were not serviced and we were not aware of this. Probably fine if you are there a couple of days, but we were there a week. The rubbish was a huge problem. We asked for fresh towels and they changed them once while we were there.
There was no shower/bath mat.
Even though it had a kitchenette, there were no pots, cutlery, water or wine glasses. The only glasses were beer mugs.
No coffee making facilities.
We had asked a lot of questions about the view from one of the rooms we had booked and even though the photos were what the view was they had neglected to add a photo of the building site in front of our window.
There is a lot of building going on in Da Nang so I'm not sure many hotels/apartments can avoid not looking out at it.
The lifts were very slow which wouldn't be a problem but the hallways and lifts themselves are not air-conditioned and it was super hot when we were there.
We had issues with one of the apartment room keys and our kids were locked out of there room. Because they were privately managed apartments the hotel reception couldn't help us and we had to wait for the manager to arrive.
The Property Manager was always prompt in helping but it was generally just inconvenient.

Очень доброжелательный персонал, всегда были на связи и делали все, чтобы наш отдых прошел прекрасно. Когда в номере не оказалось утюга, персонал через 5 минут принес его в номер. Когда проводилась уборка (у нас было 2 бесплатных уборки за все время проживания, в целом больше и не понадобилось), персонал присылал фотографии каждого уголка номера, чтобы мы убедились, что наши личные вещи остались нетронутыми.
Часто забивается слив в душе, из-за чего в ванную комнату попадает вода, и пол становится мокрым. Также в номере не хватало сейфа, хотя после уборки номера ценные вещи оставались на местах. Еще не хватало халатов и чуть больше разновидностей тарелок - у нас были только 2 глубокие тарелки, которые подходили не для всех блюд, которые мы готовили сами в номере.
