Amenities were nice, very clean apartment. The customer service was excellent via WhatsApp 24/7, they were very helpful with our issues or any queries we had. Instructions and guest manual was clear, communication with the host was straightforward and easy.
If you're traveling by car it's ok but if you're not, it's a bit of a walk to Wembley Park underground station. There is a Lidl supermarket just outside the residential area and also bus stop. I would say the location is ok, but maybe that specific area, in my opinion around isn't the best or safest if you're concerned about that.
