I’m not a breakfast person although kitchen facilities were available - microwave, jug kettle, cooker and fridge.
The bathroom facilities although shared, were immaculately maintained.
The available room is immaculately clean and comfortable. It’s on the second floor, reached by 2 flights of stairs. Personal agility and the ability to haul your luggage up there would need to be considered.

Not much to be honest
The neighbourhood it’s in was like gangland central, police cars, shouting, fighting, people loitering around looking intimidating. The window in the bedroom didn’t close, so had a draft and the blind kept blowing all night. The cats litter box was in the bathroom and all over the floor. The host didn’t make me feel very welcome at all.
