The apartment was very fresh and clean. It’s clear that all amenities are in good condition or new 👌
Communication with the host was incredibly smooth and pleasant. You can really feel the host’s deep commitment to making guests feel taken care of 😊Very fast WiFi! Private parking space available under the building which makes everyday life so much easier. We spent a lot of time walking around in Koblenz and it’s fair to say that the apartment is in great neighbourhood - a 20 min walk to the Altstadt, a 5 minute walk to a very charming walking path along the Rhine, 3 grocery stores nearby.
The apartment on the ground floor we stayed in has windows facing the street and there’s no air-conditioning so if you want to let some fresh air in, you must be prepared for the loud noises from the railway tracks which are very close to the building. If you are a light sleeper, earplugs may be necessary.

Unkomplizierter Zugang, hochwertige Ausstattung, gute Dusche, Waschtrockner vorhanden, Kaffeemaschine mit vielen Kapseln, unkomplizierte Vermittlung einer Garage.
Kein Backofen, keine Mikrowelle, Handtücher etwas wenig

Die Ferienwohnung war erstklassig, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht inkl. Waschmaschine mit Trockner.
