This was my first experience staying at a hostel, and overall it was a very positive one. The location is extremely convenient, with everything you might need nearby — Sainsbury’s, a large car park, and the town centre with its cafés, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance.
The hostel itself is modern, very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is in excellent condition, everything feels fresh and tidy, and there are no unpleasant smells anywhere. Overall, the facilities were in really good condition and we felt very comfortable staying here.
The only issue we had was that we stayed on the night of 12–13 September and our room was a little cold. I couldn’t work out how to turn the heating on or how the radiator was supposed to operate. I contacted the support team to ask for help, but unfortunately I didn’t receive a response.
This was the only negative part of an otherwise excellent stay. However, I think it could become quite an important issue during colder weather. My only suggestion to the management would therefore be to provide clearer instructions on how to use the heating and, most importantly, to make sure that guests receive a response when they contact the support team.

Proximity to the Tissington Trail, amazing kitchen facilities and the comfortable beds.
There was no foot mat in the bathroom, so water leaked from the shower.

The space was quite remarkable
I know is just newly opened...but it could have dobe with a tv in the rooms.
