Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans ce riad avec ma mère! Il est magnifique, très propre, calme et vraiment agréable. Les chambres étaient toujours impeccables, le ménage était fait avec soin et on ne manquait de rien. On s’y est vraiment senties comme à la maison.
Mais ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus exceptionnel c’est vraiment l’équipe. Mhamed et Moustapha ont été adorables du début à la fin toujours souriants, disponibles, bienveillants et à l’écoute. Dès qu’on avait besoin de quelque chose, ils étaient là pour nous aider et faisaient toujours leur maximum pour trouver une solution. Même lorsque mon oncle nous a rejoint à la fin du séjour, il a été accueilli avec la même gentillesse.
Et bien sûr Nawal ❤️ Une personne tellement souriante, gentille et accueillante ! C’était toujours un plaisir de la voir le matin. Et alors ses petits déjeuners… incroyables! Tout était délicieux, frais, généreux et préparé avec soin. On avait vraiment hâte d’être au lendemain matin pour découvrir ce qu’elle nous avait préparé et se régaler encore une fois.
Le riad est magnifique et très bien entretenu mais une équipe comme Mhamed, Moustapha et Nawal fait vraiment toute la différence. Ils ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour à Marrakech inoubliable. On recommande ce riad les yeux fermés et on reviendra avec grand plaisir

Great location. Jama Efna is near the riad. Everything was in walking distance. The riad looked good and clean. Great host! Super friendly staff. Breakfast was also fine.

Nice rooms. Good breakfast on top floor but swimming pool has no privacy located in the reception area that was full with people checking out and in their modest wear, I was not about to swim in my European swimsuit. Very deceiving wanting to cool offf in 40+ degree heat, having booked a place with a pool.
Very deep into the Medina, down a lot of alleyways and I was told it was close but I almost past out in the heat, walking with my suitcase. Very dizzy. At least 15min walk. Took me an hour when Staff told me to wait for them and no one showed up. No transport inside Medina, if you are not aware!!
