Amazing view, clean and comfortable apartment, safe and quiet building, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The furniture was new.
The lack of air conditioning was a major downside, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here in the summer. Unfortunately, the host was not very welcoming or flexible, even though I stayed for 8 nights and lost almost my entire first night due to a very late check-in I was still asked to pay an extra £20 for just a 1-hour late check-out. The check-in process was also frustrating. Despite following all the instructions, I still had to return to the concierge, who seemed unaware of my booking and questioned me repeatedly. There appeared to be very poor communication between the host and the concierge, making the arrival process stressful and confusing. It was also frustrating that the listing advertised a sofa bed, but when I requested it, I was told it wasn’t available. If it’s not available, it shouldn’t be advertised.
