The accommodation is clean. Nicely located but describing it as central Reading is perhaps stretching things slightly. Access instructions were clear via the usual lockbox arrangement. As always with this type of property staff with nowhere to be seen .
However, as I said before, the room is clean, and the whole house well decorated with a modern bathroom and kitchen, which appeared to provide almost everything you would need except for crockery and utensils.
…and once again, whilst the bed was lovely and clean, the mattress was somewhat soft, a kin to sleeping on a blancmange but without springs for support.
On the positive side though, as a result of staying here I discovered the Nags Head, about a four minute walk away with amazing home-made food and a range of craft and draft ales, ciders and lagers, all from local artisan breweries and almost and doubt the finest traditional pub in Reading.
Shoehorning two single beds into otherwise lovely single room was a little ambitious. Considering how many people travel alone I feel that room B would benefit enormously by replacing one of the beds with a desk and perhaps a small chair which you could sit at and work from. The lack of a TV set was not a problem at all, but the 10+ alpha numeric access code for the Wi-Fi completely defeated me after about four attempts.

It was clean, ideally located, quiet neighbourhood, and other guests. Great communication with keycode boxes etc. Room did have tea, coffee,
The room was a lot smaller than anticipated. The twin room was not ideal for 2 people. It's definitely a single room. 2 single beds, a rail and a fan in a space of about 3mx3m. We arrived at the time there happened to be a heatwave and it was really difficult. Only 1 bathroom /toilet for 6 guest rooms. Shower head did not have a fixing to secure to wall.
