It has a very good location, near restaurants, groceries, and European institutions.
It was comfortable, clean, and had a very pleasant room arrangement.
Minus:
Some spices for cooking and kitchen paper could help. Coffee missed, also.

Good location, a very nice neighbourhood, walkable distance to major sights, the standard of the apartament is decent. It's big enough to feel comfortable.
The apartament was not prepared for us (3 people), there were pillows and duvets, but bedsheets and pillow/duvet cases were missing (only 1 set was provided), and towels had weird multicolor stains. The hosts respond very quickly, but pointlessly, because they kept repeating that everything is okay, towels are clean and we ave enough bedsheets. We repeated our request multiple times, and finally the hosts stopped responding at all.
It was overall not as clean as the hosts assured (a bit dusty etc), but passable for a weekend stay.
