Very very pathetic

It was nearby yo public transport

I had booked it for 2 adults and 2 kids with one kid as a baby. There was a ned and a sofa bed. The main bed was so smalll that in the night the baby fell dowm from the bed. The sofa bed was pathetic. I would not recommend it for a family at all. Although the wifi was also not working, that was secondary for me.

Ok for a last minute short stay, else passable

The kitchen was complete. And the stay was ok

It's sort of a studio apartment so there will be less privacy. There were no toiletries given which was mentioned in the description.

8 / 10

Everything with the key pick-up went smoothly and the room was ok.

Easy pickup of keys from key box. The room was warm and everything was functioning.

The pillows were extremely high profile. Maybe one should ask low profile ones in advance.

Cold 🥶 and being ignored

The apartment was big enough. Location was okay. You could reach everything in cca 20min by walking.

The apartment was cold! Like I needed to wear a shirt, hoodie and cover myself in all the sheets to keep me warm during the night. I also got a small cold because the bathroom was very cold while taking a shower. I contacted the owners and they didn’t reply. Finally after long time of waiting they replied in french only and not giving me any direct answer or trying to solve my request about the cold and wifi. There was a number as a contact and when you called that number it was a number from somewhere in Africa. Basically I couldn’t reach the owner and they didn’t care to help in anyway way. In general I had a bad experience as I needed to go out to work, cause it was simply too cold to work in the apartment. There was no wifi working, I needed to use my data all the time. Also the kitchen stuff could be replaced as some stuff was dirty and you could not use it to prepare food.
