Location and view from my window was perfect, view made my day. Nice huge balcony to enjoy that view.
You have to pay for the card which is used for gym and for entrance door during the night time.
İ was expecting to have a huge bottle of water in the kitchen but it was not available, maybe not part of the bill.

Location is absolutely perfect. Is connected to indoor walkway bridge to dubai mall. Excellent access.
Took a little long when i arrived at property with vehicle parking. But thats it. Overall was amazing

Very impressed by our host Mr Benard. Very polite, cooperative and supportive person, available to response quickly on what’s app messages, ideal location, 7 minutes walk to Dubai Mall, 10-10 in all comfort of stay any guest can expect and looking for
No water, no cold drinks available, you can order food using different apps,
$$$$
