I was not sure at first since nothing was mentioned but this is not a hotel but a private home managed by a private host. William the host converted a office into a private room with a private bathroom with own entrance seperate from the home where the family lives. The street is more a residential area not far from center but yet one needs a car/Uber. I had a wonderful experience with William and his family. William was able to take me for 2 days to visit the area since i did not have a car. I never had a host being so hospitable, kind, respectful, open to make his guest feel like it was a friend and not a paying client. I will always remember this.

+ William und seine Familie als Gastgeber: überaus hilfsbereit, freundlich und auch gesprächig
+ Man hat ein eigenes Zimmer und einen eigenen Eingang, ist also vollkommen unabhängig.
+ Sauberkeit: alles war sehr sauber, plus mir wurden nach der Hälfte meines Aufenthalts die komplette Bettwäsche sowie die Handtücher ausgewechselt
+ WLAN: Das Internet hat perfekt funktioniert, es war sehr schnell, man konnte problemlos Filme schauen.
+ Klimaanlage: Sie hat perfekt bis auf 16 Grad heruntergekühlt. Das war mir sehr wichtig.
+ Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab sehr viel Platz im Zimmer.
+ William stellt kostenloses Trinkwasser zur Verfügung, so viel wie man braucht. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt.
+ Die Umgebung ist zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Tolle Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar (1-5 Minuten), z. B. die Pizzeria und Taquería Los Héroes oder das tolle Gasthaus Pollo Real.
+ Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert und ich durfte schon ein paar Stunden früher als üblich einchecken, weil das Zimmer schon für mich bereit war.
+ William hat mich, als ich zu meinem nächsten Ziel gefahren bin, auf seinem Weg zur Arbeit freundlicherweise in seinem Auto mitgenommen und mir so viel Zeit erspart. Auf dem Weg hat er mir noch einige tolle Sachen gezeigt und erklärt.
## Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Doppelzimmer, welches sich auf der linken Seite befindet, wenn man vom Tor draußen hereinkommt. ##
Wenn ich wieder mal in San Salvador bin, komme ich sehr gerne wieder. Große Empfehlung, bei William und seiner Familie unterzukommen. Danke, lieber William und alles Gute für eure Zimmervermietung.
- Das Badezimmer/WC ist zwar etwas klein, aber das sieht man auf den Fotos. Wenn sich nur eine Person im Badezimmer/WC aufhält, dann ist das kein Problem. Bei zwei Personen gleichzeitig wäre es etwas eng.
- Ein Toaster in der Küche wäre noch toll, damit man sich Toastbrot zubereiten und mit Marmelade/Nutella bestreichen kann.

The room was better than I could ever expect, especially at this price point. The place was clean and tye bed was so comfortable, not just an old hard bed. It was soft, clean and cozy. I didn't expect such a great room for such a great deal.
I honestly can't say anything that I didn't like, the room was clean, the ac was cold and the location was perfect to rest after visiting the new Rosales hospital
