Palazzo Saloni

Einfach alles. Die Lage ist super. Man ist ruckzuck in der Stadt und hat dazu einen Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Die Aussicht auf das Tal ist der Kracher. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr, sehr herzlich und helfen bei Fragen. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Zimmer sind neu und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Dazu ist das Frühstück lecker. Ein echter Geheimtipp in Montalcino!

We chose Palazzo Saloni for a one-night stay in Montalcino as part of a ten-day tour of the region. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Our accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with fantastic views across the surrounding landscape. The quality and attention to detail throughout the property really stood out. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the convenient parking was a big plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Wat een geweldige plek en wat een geweldig personeel: van ontvangst (Elionora en Lara), het avond eten (Paco en collega) en de bediening (Piera, Catharina en Maida), de bar (Sylvia en Simone) en het ontbijt (Franco), allemaal parels die er alles aan doen om je te doen goed voelen. Ook de eigenaren (Mirco en Pietro) die ons op sleeptouw namen naar het Montalcino Jazz Festival. Dikke knuffel aan iedereen!!! Het hotel is kraakproper, smaakvol ingericht, met voldoende parking en op enkel stappen van het bruisende centrum. Een betere ligging kan je je niet inbeelden. We kregen geen genoeg van de plek en hoe daar iedereen hart en ziel geeft. We komen zeker terug, zonder twijfel.

The breakfast was very poor. Limited selection, undercooked croissants, yogurt and fruit had Coop brand yoghurt and literally half a peach and one slice of Kiwi fruit as the “fruit” component. Also - no phones to contact reception, and no TV!?
