Good location, brand new, good facilities, friendly host. Early checkin helped me a lot. However...
There was no Wi-Fi in the room as advertised; it was only available in the building’s common areas, which made it very difficult for me to work.
I also had to pay a fee that had not been disclosed when I made the reservation. At first, the host implied that it was a city fee, but later said that all condominiums in the city charged it. In fact, it was a fee imposed by the building itself to register guests and provide them with a wristband. I was only informed one day before my arrival, leaving me with no real alternative, as all the other available accommodations had already become very expensive.
The shower was good, but the drain could not handle the water flow, causing the entire bathroom to flood. There were very few electrical outlets in the room. Even the bedside lamp was merely decorative because there was no outlet nearby.
The TV would not turn on. It appeared to be unplugged when I looked behind it, but I did not want to tamper with it. There was also a small access panel for the water pipes that would not stay closed, preventing the entrance door from opening fully. This can even be seen in the listing photos.
