Fabulous location. Well appointed accommodation
The 4th bedroom was a child’s room with bunk beds that had a fixed ladder and very thin mattress making it challenging for an adult to sleep there. It should be advertised as a child’s room. A full length mirror is needed upstairs.

The house is cosy and facing the Mandurah estuary where we can really say Hello to the dolphin and pelican.

The accomodation is well set out with most things a family needs for a vacation plus some fun extras.
Very clean and comfortable.
Good location, nice and safe walk to foreshore.
Minor thing, there was no salt and pepper. Was easily fixed with delivery service. Possibly a list of suggested things to bring for our stay would have helped to be better prepared.

View fantastic, kids are excited to see many dolphins every morning, quiet to sleep well
