very close to city center, 7 minutes walking.
very good benefit for the price. we had 2 seperate rooms and balcony which was great. I definetly recommend this place. Has free parking slot next to building if you rent a car.

Clean sheets, not sure about towels they smelled funny. Some toiletries provided (toilet paper hand and body soap, no kitchen paper or towel, no shampoo). Aircondition, kitcennete, tv, hair dryer were provided. Fully self serviced.
Old-average quality of infrastructure. Rusty metallics and baby cocroaches in the bathroom. Intense smell of mould and humidity. Floor, walls, bathroom tiles, chairs and outdoor area felt dirty and dusty. Semi-basement apartment. Highly overpriced (84€ per night) for what it offered and its condition. Max 2 stars residence.
