Good location, close to a beautiful beach and restaurants. There is also a small grocery store in the harbor with basic products like fresh bread. Quiet at night because the road leading to the sea is a dead end, so there are almost no cars driving by after dark. The apartment is very spacious and features a balcony, a terrace, and a porch with space to hang laundry, as well as a standalone drying rack. There are beach chairs in the cabinet near the entrance, but there is no information about them. The property has the potential for a 9/10 rating if it were properly maintained, as the place itself is really nice. Unfortunately, someone needs to take care of a few things that are currently disturbing and annoying.
Upon arrival, it turned out that the kitchen cabinets contained dirty, unwashed dishes, pots, and pans, even though the apartment has a dishwasher. Clearly, nobody checks this.The bed in the bedroom is broken and practically falling apart. It needs to be replaced.Several lamps had burnt-out light bulbs. We reported it, and they replaced them, but only in one lamp. One of the floor lamps had a broken plug, which is a short-circuit hazard, so we didn't use it.The smaller room had no air conditioning, and the bathroom was so tiny that it was completely impractical for showering because water splashed everywhere, flooding the entire room.We had an issue with the washing machine. It looked new, but it wouldn't open after the cycle finished. I had to call the host twice just to get it opened.Occasionally, we ran into a cockroach, though it was only two of them in total. Mosquito nets would be highly appreciated, especially in the smaller room since it lacks air conditioning; with the window open at night, tiny mosquitoes would fly in and bite us.
